fiesta closes

well ive had this account for like 2 weeks, but have never played the game.. anyways.. when i start fiesta up its kinda laggy, login and go to server select screen, still laggy, but going fine, pick a server n hit the create button to start a character.. the box closes on me, any idea whats happening and/or how to fix it?

Please contact the CS dept fromt he help link in the upper right hand corner. Please provide system details. Generally this issue happens if you do not have a video card installed.
