stuck in Echo cave

ok i have 2 toons on two diff servers. Played fine till i went into echo cave. when i tried to leave it closes out the game and brings back up the login screen. now when i tri to log in on them char icters they boot me right away. but otheres on same server work as long as im not in the cave. any ideas?

3. Character name.
4. email address registered with your account.

Once you provide us with the details we require, we will spawn you in Roumen.
