Is it going directly to OB or we will have another CB phrase?

I always tought that in Fiesta we would have 1 CB and then we would go directly to OB, but sometime ago i talked with another player and he said that the game could go to another CB phrase, tho i dont think it would there is always a chance, so I would be glad is someone answers that. Oh and i would also be glad if someone tells me if guilds will stay after CB.

I was confused about guilds, if they're resetting characters to level 1 perhaps the guilds will stay o.o
