Abysses are for PvP. Of course you are allowed to kill people.

Although not allowing someone to leave the area just so you can kill them repeatedly could fall under harrassment.

i wanted to kill a archer who KS me but i couldnt reach her and now she is telling me about harasement :| :| :| if i could killed her few times dam .... so unfair

Abysses are a dual function map. They offer great mobs with very high exp and drop rates, but the downside of it for grinders is that anyone can come up and attack you. OutSpark designed it this way on purpose, if they make a PvP zone, of course you can pk in it.

If you are really worried about being attacked by somebody, try getting a party. It can make grinding easier as well.

Killing anyone a few times is not gonna be a problem. As long as you are not spam killing her at the gate so that she cannot leave, she has nothing to complain about. It is the risk we all take when we enter Abyss.
