You may want to go into your port fowarding settings of your router and enable port # 10061. That should allow your game to download the updates needed (if a fresh install), allow you to log in, and the game to run. Sadly enough, when I got this problem, the Cust. Service Rep was of no use. He just said that I was experiencing packet loss cuz of my ISP and to check my connection speed. He then just closed the ticket. None of what he wrote was true and once I opened this port, I was able to access the game.

**I'm in North America (East Coast) so I dont know if this will work elsewhere, but it's worth a shot **

I'm in North America as well, and I've tried just port forwarding that single port(in both TCP and UDP formats), as well as a small range of ports including it. While it doesn't work for me, hopefully it'll work for others. Thanks for posting a potential fix. :]

The Fiesta game does not require port setting to connect. It may help users that have this issue, but it is not a solid fix for connectivity issues.

We are investigating why users in the states are having connectivty issues.

If you got a error stating not being able to connect to 10061 please try it again until it works correctly.

If you have any further issues. Please contact our CS dept from the Help link at outspark.com.

Thank you,
