well i have been playing rpg's for over twenty years. never once was i pulled into mmo's. i was at a web site [d#@onoid.com] and saw an ad for sos. and thought it looked interesting.closed beta:{ but i found fiesta was open beta. so i joined in. i was utterly overwhelmed at first! but i just started grinding away. and with time i found the quest and with a little [very little lol] help from fellow gamers learned the controls etc. that the guide doesn't cover.now i am a lv 23 fighter. i am to the point where parting up has become quintessential to leveling and completing quest. i am just learning to play my part better with others:}
i also enjoy the fact the gm's are in the game rather often. im curious if we play enough if we can even get the ill sh#t the gm's have though?
the last good rpg a played was dragon warrior 8 [quest] the cell animation on this is very similar in a profoundly good way! i have been trying to play zelda twilight princess and while the wii controler beats a keypad and mouse anyday!
the computer has STRICTLY become my console for fiesta. i'll let the lil lady play that wii for now LOL!
so i have no topic ...just a happy banter thanking the outspark team for bringing us a game that is so reminiscent of why i got into rpg's in the first place. it really has been to long! you can only go back to the classics so many times, lmao.
i hope to see you all grinding away out there!
and thank you gm's and czt's[?sp] for keeping my life enjoyable!
