Ok, I know that the forum is not the best place to post one's problems with support but I am getting nowhere with customer support at this time.
I submitted a trouble ticket and the response that I got back was not even related to the problem as I described it.

I gifted a Teva Ax weapon skin to a friend for helping me out in the game and I also gifted him some repair kits for it.
When he tried to apply a repair kit to the Ax skin it broke.
Yes, it broke, broke as in he doesn't have it anymore because it went poof and disappeared.
Ok, so I submitted a trouble ticket explaining the situation and asking for the weapon skin to be replaced.
Incidentally those weapon skins are no longer available in the cash shop so I can't even buy another one.
The response that I got back only explained that if you put over the amount of repair needed on the weapon skin the remainder will be lost.
Yes, thank you support team for that information but what about the weapon skin???
Can I please have a replacement?
So far I have heard nothing about that.
That wasn't even mentioned in the response.

So now I have to appeal to the Outspark staff who monitor the forum and ask for some help on this matter.
Maybe you can direct it to the right people since my trouble ticket was not effective at all.

Thanks

That's crazy. Sounds like your question was misunderstood. There was no reason for the Weapon Skin to break while applying a Repair Kit.

well...i dont know why u are the one whos sending the ticket...shouldnt it be ur friend?? i mean how can u know if ur friend is telling the truth? all u have its words.

i mean...hes the one who experienced this "bug", who saw it "broke", who know 100% wat happened, where, when..etc.

So, tell ur friend write a ticket with all the details and send it to OS himself. it would be a lot more easier for CSR to deal this issue.

That is a real good point you make.
I figured that since I bought it it would be me who reports it.
Anyway, yes it did break the weapon skin, I was there when it happened so I told him that I would just buy another but when I went to the store they were no longer available.
It was kind of expensive too if I recall.
He only had it for a week when it broke.

Unfortunately, Customer Support is really who you would have to deal with to get this situation solved. Please either update your ticket and rephrase the question so it becomes easier to understand, or have your friend submit a ticket.

Because the weapon skin was in his possession, he really should be the one submitting it. However, to make sure that you get your own questions about the situation answered, I highly suggest responding to the e-mail you were sent.

I did respond to it CP.
Customer Support, [Sigh]
Ok, But I get the feeling based on previous experiences with them that they will do nothing but provide lip service.
Apologies and dubious advice cost nothing and doesn't require any effort or
action to fix anything.
Well please go ahead and close this thread then.

Thanks

Anyways, your friend should've know that if the wepon skin durability reach 0,it will automatically destroy.
