Titles. Can any be added?

I had a pretty much general question about the titles. It seems that across the multiple versions of fiesta, the titles are pretty much standard. I was wondering if OutSpark had the capability of adding their own titles, or was this something that has to be requested from Ons On Soft and completed at their level?

I have a friend who plays on the same server as me and he openly admitted to eating doodoo. I was hoping to maybe request the "Doodoo Eater" title for him.

It would be fun if some of the in-game and forum events would have a special and unique title-reward :D . Like the chosen one gets to create a title, and if the staff approves it, it'll be added to their title list (either to one specific character, or to all of them on the winner's account).
I'd love to see/have titles like Polite, PleaseRevolutionist and so on
