when you get a level with a repeat, I suggest you just do a repeat that level. grab a license for that repeat and a party and it'll be less boring and more worthwhile. This is a tip I give to many of my members and it helps them alot. You'll learn this the hard way later on (level 7x and 8x) if you don't do it now.
As for the levels without repeats, I suggest doing the quests you DIDN'T do the repeat levels. Should give you just about enough exp to level.
Doing MD kq and pvp kq is also a good idea during your free time. Good exp and will lessen the chance of fail if you know your class.
Abyss is also another idea. Grab a cleric (if you are not one) and go duo in level 6x or 7x abyss

At level 50 i just finnished all my quests and doen the last MD quest.
as Aega alread said do 6x or 7x abbys :)
