When i type in my id and pass and press login i get this error " Connection to servers has failed " then only option is ok and when i click ok it just sends me back to log in screen. Can someone help me please?

I have that problem too, then the second time I tried it gave me some error saying to get the latest outspark software, but I just reinstalled today cause of this same problem and it keeps giving me this error, I really dont want to re install every time I login....:mad:
