Class?

Okay, I seem to be either missing something or am just too newbie to understand...

I'm level 16 and doing quests right now for some people to get funds. I've been looking all over the place for a way to change my class to magician or something, and I keep getting told to go to some class priest, but wherever I look I can't find the priest.

How to I change my class?

You need to talk to a guy in the square where the guardian angel is his name starts with an R might be like Rioman or something like that. He is to the north east of the square near the book seller and all the NPCs in the middle. He can help you to change your class.

But how do you change? Reinmoth says that i need those pendants of jurea, and i've got 5 of those.
