Legel's Suggestions for Everyday Events, tell us what you like!

Aside from those big storyline and Holiday events,
we also have common events that happens every or every other day.

Every server seems to have different tastes in their favorite events.
A lot of people ask for events but never visit the events discussion.
So I'll ask you here, what would YOU like as events?

Find a GM, Boss Fight, Monster Spawn, Dance Party, OX Quiz, etc.

If not only me, I'm sure some of your are sick of low-tiered chests.
What type of prizes or rewards are you interested in?
Please be reasonable!

Mounts, Mini Pets, Costumes, Accessories, set of scrolls for your tier, etc.

On europe fiesta we had an event where GM's spawned one random mob in each map, starting from roumen. E.g a slime in SeG, people won chests I think, I dunno I can't remember. (quitted europe btw)

I think costumes or minipets would be nice, or maybe one day blessings of teva etc.

I like the find the gm, monster spawns and OX quiz.
As prizes minipets and costumes would be cool every now and then.

i have never found u in find a gm even and when i tryied to go to the boss fight i was sooo laggy that it was not fun, so prolly the monstaer spawn, and find gm is pretty fun, i wish i had a scroll or somehting that i could warp to u, oh wait i know summon me!! ;P HAHA

I agree with V4por, I really enjoy boss fight, but it is revoltingly laggy, and so hard to get to a reward chest at the end x.x.

Find a GM seems a little over done, there are only so many "good" hiding spots in fiesta, that everyone can look, and most of the time it doesn't last very long at all.

I like the idea of Monster spawn, less laggy, therefor more enjoyable.

As far as prizes go, I've gotten a few mini pets out of the chests, but other than that it really was a waste of time. One chest I opened had elreu 1, sage, and some other grade 1 mats that really did me no good. I think that upping the rewards to SC items or mounts, even if they're 7 days, would really make people a lot happier.

I know I sound a bit negative, but I really do appreciate all of the events that you hold for us, they could just use a little improvement :3

I like the fight a boss event, also i'd like to do a fight the GM event, since some people lag, maybe keep it to 1 guild at a time, or a couple at a time since legel still doesn't have too many guilds. I know our guild would like to try to vs a gm xD (i'll even use a guild tendancy to turn back to warring :P)

Tournaments would be cool. Maybe one vs one, guild vs guild, or teams of 5 vs teams of 5. Getting it organized would be kind of tough though.

Pretty much any event you can think of that involves little or no lag would be good. I think the boss events are fun but there's just to many people/competition. It'd be nice to have events for certain levels, specific classes, etc.

For example maybe have like a mage event. Only mages participate that day and they're given a mission or something lol

But in my opinion if you could somehow implement a means of restriction on certain events, it'll make the game that much more enjoyable.

A no spark pvp contest.

no charms, extenders (oh fking well if you already have one on), coats, wings, pets, 200,000 hp potions, ect.

rewards for an event like this could be nice, such as a nice stated blue weapon or a free +9 on any item the winner wants.

Long ago there used to be EXP events and 2x drop rate events.
some players can't get sc or afford the spendy cards. This might also encourage more leveling not just a million tower noobs.:rolleyes:

This is rather off topic and please don't blacklist. Besides if you know who stole your account, then I suppose it was you who gave out the account informations to that person... anyway just send a ticket or contact a CSR and tell them what happened. If you have an evidence, include it there too. Good luck <.<'

On Topic: Hmmm... I'm fine with any events as long as they are not held in the FBZones...

And that random monster spawning on different maps mentioned by biskywhisky ... it sounds fun :D
Like I don't know... GMs hide around 10 slimes or honeyings at different maps (where they obviously don't belong to), and we have to find them and report the location (like G3) in a way (whisper?) And the first people who report each correctly get something ... mini pets, mounts and costumes sound good ^_^ even if the premium items last for 7 days or 15 days only :) Should be reasonable... then again people with SC mounts would have an advantage of flying through each map finding everything faster ...
Boss and random fights at OX quiz sound good too... perhaps if there would be several groups (starting after each other) and a limited number of contestants to avoid lag...

Dunno...I don't have many ideas now... XP but I'm looking forward to anything outside FBZ :)

how bout make a battle 1 by 1, like a tournament, and also there is a range of lvl which can in to the tournament, with prize like a great weps, prem. items, or new kind dance moves XD.

heya! i relly like the idea that they used to do in bijou like spawning kkps in fom and monster spawns in other areas than the towns; also maybe a race war maybe fun elven vs human but maybe an elven healer and human mage maybe required to make it fair hmmm idk just an idea. i think some costume or mount rewards would be awesome as not everyone can get afford or get SC; but i do think any event should be 'doable' or seperate for the sub 5x players as they do seem to miss out when the big boys steam in with novas and crazy axe dmg poor lowbies ^^ ok ill shurrup now <3

Well, firstly hi Neko! I think our servers favorite event is definetely find a GM. We really enjoyed searching for you. I think good rewards are mounts and....errr hold on let me check...Yea costumes and mounts! (lol) When we get mount rewards that are time limited though it feels really bad to go back to a hobby or whatever because you feel so slow but it is definetely worth the most out of the choices. Costumes are good because...well, they are cool! ;D Anyways yea, Find-a-GM event would be really cool. Especially toooday, or tomorrow....or whatever. On November 11th I guess because it is Veterans Day so lots of school people get to stay home I think. More people = More fun! Hope to see you on Legel soon!

Monster spawn/ boss events are the best imo I also feel that the prizes should be more focused on everyone. Example:Exp+20%/War Rants/7Day Mounts/Apperal. Obviously u cannot flood the ground with SC items, i understand that lol. But, just something to brighten a poor noobs day perhaps? Or even enlighten a stingey old man of what he is missing out on by hording his monies.

A cool event that i want to share is player vs GM.Always wanted to go up against a GM.
I dont care about prizes just want to battle against a GM.:D

I have an idea even though it's been done before.... I really liked these events....

Tag your not it!
It's held in FBZ3 (It has to be)
Players stand on one side of the room where to two pillars are.
The GM's stand on the other side of the room where the two boxes are.
Have one GM shout "GO!" and then they run from the pillar side to the box side.
This will continue until the decided number of players are left.
The GM will have the hammer from PVP KQ, and basically who ever survives to be the last one, two, or three, wins!
Have other GM's keep an eye out on who gets killed, and the players must stay down until the gm revives you, that way no one can cheat.

Run from the GM!
It's held in FBZ3 (only good hiding spots)
The players CANNOT use weapons or skills (If used they are disqualified)
Everybody is on their own in this event, and level doesn't matter (scrolls are allowed)
Run for your life! The GM's have the PVP KQ hammer and they want blood!
The last few people to survive are the winners.

I understand that the prizes in the chest can't ALWAYS be the best in the chest.... but maybe a few T5 production scrolls (preferably decomposition or composition). If a lower level character got it they could make a lot of money from selling it, so they could buy themselves something nice! Or if some one that needed it got it in a chest it would be that much better for them!

Fight a boss events are a lag fest for everyone, even for the people that have the best graphics card out there....

Find a GM event is fun, there are plenty of good hiding spots! I have some good ones if you would like for me to show ya!

OX quiz are fun as well, but sometimes people don't have a clue as to what the answers are lol. They can be any topic though, doesn't always have to be about Fiesta....

Eh, I can't think of more suggestions at the moment D: My mind just went blank because i got distracted D: I'll come back if I can think of more stuffs!;)

I personally think the "Get to lvl.6 event" where player get spawned to another map (lvl.90 abyss map was it ?) is fun even though I didn't win that one time :D Haven't seen much of it lately.Prizes would be those ones like last time....ermm was it medals ? :D

Find the GM-TreasureHunt-Quiz combo
Take 3+ GM's announce the name of the first one that needs to be found (for example Neko), you find Neko she gives you a trivial pursuit type question, if you answer correctly she tells you which GM to find next (lets use Silky here) and either an item or a pass phrase you have to give to Silky to prove you found Neko. Silky then gives you a quest or a riddle and if you answer/complete it correctly gives you the name of the next GM to find, and so on depending on how many GMs participate.
As for prizes something small or simple like a one hour/one day war rant/exp boost card/Teva or something like that. Make it the first five or twenty or so to find the last GM and give the proper item(s) the winner(s)
Just a thought, though yeah it'd probably be complicated to organize

I have two more idea for an event if u don't mind me saying. One is open the server to a one day pvp event on the servers no where is safe for anyone but the towns. My other idea is to get the gm's together and meet on a one on one basis with the players. I know many want to know the gm's personality and how they like to play this game. Thank u game masters for your work on keeping fiesta the way it is this is truly a good game it made me better person than i was.

I like the idea of random happy hours, but how about a twist: a poker-tourney-like EXP bonus for the best EXP gained by percentage. In other words, raw EXP gained won't do: the high-level players would always win that. But if you set it up as--how to put this--most efficient EXP gains during Happy Hour, then anyone should have a shot. You would have to do this by class: Clerics against Clerics, Mages against Mages, and so on. KQ and Quest Rewards should be barred from the standings. And the higher you place on the leader board, the bigger the EXP boost when Happy Hour is over. Does that make any sense?
