Haha I was just wondering if anyone kept the quest from that and did it when they actually released it! It was something like 10m experience, right? We knew they were gonna take it away but we had a fun time xD.

But if anyone kept it and did it later, I'd really like to know if you actually got to keep the experience! Or did the quest completely disappear from your log?

Haha they took back all the exp.. which was quite a few levels for us all. People actually got realllyyyy mad because they had new armor, new skills, ect. It turns out that they got to keep all of it I'm pretty sure, my mage still had her 4x armor even though she was like 2x xD.

A lot of people quit the game because of that rollback.
They lost armor and weapons if they were wearing them and most were and the money that they spent on skills too.
All instances of the quest were also deleted so I can't imagine that anyone was able to keep it.
I never took my characters to burning rock because I could see that they were not going to let anyone keep the experience that they had gained so I didn't lose anything.
As for the people who lost a bunch of money on weapons and armor and skills the response from Dakkon was "too bad, you should have known it was a bug so it's your own fault".

Lmao, i was 47 at that time. Grinded to 48 doing the quest and got to 50 with it. Quite fun being 48 though with a 50 top/1hnd/shield. x3

It was pretty fun doing those quests... I was level 55 or so at the time.

The two quests were the same that are now available at 79, except they were bugged to be acceptable by all levels. The fire spirit quest still gives 1.3 mil exp, and the nix quest now actually gives a lot more than it did when BR was released by mistake.
