Just have a question if you can change character names and how if it is possible because Ovilia claims her bro changed her character name to Ovii o.o

Supposedly he asked a CSR and they just did it for him. If there's a legit enough reason, they will do it for you.

When I asked if I could change my name from "clovies" to "Clovies" they told me they do not provide that service under normal circumstances but did my request because names aren't case sensitive.
I heard unless your reason is overwhelmingly awesome they usually do not do it.
(I know of friends who have requested name changes only to be denied~)

anyway, yah, they change names accordingly to the effect of the name on the community.
There may be instances where some1 like Ovii had her name changed,but Before the name was Ovilia and it was a girl character. When the name change happened it was a boy character. It's possible that he/she requested the name change to go along with the gender.
Any one think about that?
