Are composition scrolls meant to look like decomps?

I'm getting comp scrolls that have the decomp scroll image so I'm wondering If it's a typo or a mess up or something? :P

Its been liek this for ages. The recipies for Decomp have the two droplets fusing together (Composition Icon) and the Comp ones have the blue droplet being broken down (Decomposition Icon)
