Hi guys i just wana ask about the production skill reset item why isnt it giftable >.< and if is not giftable why dose it has the wish buton x.x?

They chose not to have them giftable for a random reason,

Some people use the wish list to save things for themselves, instead of going back through the store and finding the item again. <Guilty
