So, The Outspark staffs said,

"By popular demand, we are taking an extra 20% OFF on all Perfect Enhancement Bundles. Since Perfect Enhancement Bundles are already discounted 20%, now you get 40% OFF with this offer which ends on Sunday September 27 2009 at 11:59pm PDT."

However, I find this information misleading..
If we purchased lets say, the Red+Blue+Gold seperately for Tier 4 (It doesnt matter which tier)

Then the total would come out to be. 3755+4345+3465= 11565

If their claim would be true for having 40% off this offer, then we should have the price for 6939 as for 11565*.6

However, I saw that Outspark took only 20% off the 20% off price of bundle which means that you are honestly having 7402/11565= 64% which meant you are only having 36% off the bundle.

I would not say anything if they said they would have 20% off the enhancement bundle price, however, they stated, "now you get 40% OFF with this offer which ends on Sunday September 27 2009 at 11:59pm PDT."

So... anyone think I am wrong?

O.O Well maybe Silky will see this and rush to change it? He's done it before.

It's technically 40%, even though it's not 40% off the base price. Basic mis-wording of the english language..............fun to mess with ;)

Oh, it's about as "false advertising" as all those liars advertising "Now under $20.00" for products that cost $19.99.

Which is to say it's normal advertising.

What was the original price of the T4 Perfect Bundle? Not the price of all T4 perfects bought individually, but the bundle?

I'm not at home so I can't check my spreadsheet. XD

Um... I don't know where you are proding at as for 19.99 is technically under 20 dollars and there is no false advertisement for it.

However, my point was that OS misused the 40% off word because it isn't really 40% off. They could have either stated it was 36% total off the Bundle, Or they could have just plainly stated "20% off the Bundle Price."

Do you get what I am getting at..?

Ma'am. I think he was using sarcasm.

If not, then I'd have no clue.

Hi,

Sorry for the confusion. I'm not working on Fiesta at the moment. I will have Straega edit the posting though.

Thanks!

Yeah, you're getting at it being 20% off the "previous" price, which was already 20% off, thus it's not as low as it would be if they took a full 40% off in one swipe from the normal, non-discounted price because the "second" 20% off isn't fully 20% of the original non-discounted price.

And just like "Under $20" I see ads do this all the time.

And it don't really matter- the way I read Silky's response, they'll change the wording of the ad and the price'll stay the same, so...*shrug* That's that and onward I reckon.
