Patching Question!?!

I was wondering.....
I have three computers 2 desktops and 1 laptop
the desktop has fiesta with full on patches but the laptop doesnt. Is it possible to transfer the patches from my desktop computer to the laptop with a USB? Or can i download the patches with my desktop (because the laptop uses wireless that disconnects regularly but its fast) then install them on my latptop. If there is a way please tell me thank you ^_^!!!:):):)

Unless you have the manual patch installer on your desktop then yes but not the already patched program files.
