Why having these discounts at the end of the month?

Is is possible to add another week discounts for those who already spend their money on sc at the beginning of the month? 8D

If it means that much to you why not just put 15$ or something away at the begining of the month for the Offers, or, turn it into SC at the begining of the month then wait.
