Another peculiar error..

-sigh- Another peculiar error, brought to you by me. I have submitted a ticket for this to the CSR's but am not expecting a response for a few days, so I wanna see what answers I can get :P.
Ok...so my problem is I recently have had a bunch of errors with my Fiesta and OS Launcher, which I have fixed. (Much to the help of the CSR's) But while I was re-installing, the InstallShield Wizard was about to finish installing Fiesta when a message box pops up saying: 'The version comparision failed. The setup will now terminate.'
Anyone have any idea how to fix this?

You're in the same boat I was in two years ago, I remember the frustration , the constant problems that popped up (youneedtocompletelyremoveandredownloadfiestafroma mirrorsiteasfarasIcanguess,I'msosorry), the constant downloading and redownloading, installing, fighting anti-viruses, firewalls, proxies, demons, dueling Steam in single combat, only to find I had tripped along the way and needed to re-do the entire thing. I hated it, I got so frustrated, and some of the time it didn't work.

I know what you mean... 3 months now I've been trying to fix Fiesta >_> been so close but something always pops-up....I take it that post means you cant help me fix it? :( (back to playing Runescape) =.=

I had that problem, and fixed it. First I removed the OutSpark carpet, and then, I went to the control panel and searched for Fiesta in there and uninstalled it. If that doesn't work, go to Execute and write regedit, then search in there for the remaining files.

(Local machine, Software and the carpet of Outspark or Fiesta.)

I hope it works for you

PD: Be carefull to not remove important data in regedit. Only the outspark things

Bah...everytime I go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Fiesta and attempt to remove it, it stays after it has finished 'uninstalling.' Then, when i Check my Registry Editor right after, the Outspark files are back there again! :S

Lol, that's very strange... Try first to go to Execute-Regedit and search for the outspark things.Then try uninstalling again. If that doesn't work, try with special programs for remove things.

btw im also gonna try un-installing PMB from bothmy Registry and my Add/Remove list, see if that helps.

programs like cclean up, that removes unuseful things in the computer, like the internet cookies.

Ungh...still keeps re-appearing in both my Registry Editor and Add/Remove list......*swears* x.x
P.S.: There were OS items in my CCleaner Registry Cleaner and I got rid of them

For the most part I like having the last post on a thread, so when I see someone else has the most recent post, I know there's a problem/update, thus the semi-spam posts. It can get hectic in here, so =X.
