Scroll Production - need assistance

So, where does one get the scroll recipes? I mean, some of them can be bought at skill merchant (Ruby etc) but are the recipes for every produceable skill purchaseable from a skill merchant?

Where does one get the recipe for a Power scroll? I'm a low-level mage and I took the scroll production skills for the buffs and I can't produce the Tier 1 scrolls available for production because I need the freaking recipe. I have all the necessary ingredients (I actually have them in abundance) but when I go to the scroll production screen, it's saying that I have not yet learned the skill yet. I mean, I already chose Scroll Production and Material Composition as my alchemy skills. But I think I need some sort of recipe.

Is there some sort of guide somewhere in the magical realm of the internet where I can see a guide of where to get scroll recipes? Can you actually buy them or do you get them from quests? Can you even make Power Scrolls?

Go to Ruby in Roumen, use the right arrow at the bottom to view her other pages of scrolls. That said, the 'power' scroll as it's listed isn't accurate. It doesn't increase damage, it increases aim, or the to-hit factor for hitting things bigger than you.

X-
