As angelwingkeiga put it, listing the names of users, regardless of the truth of them being a scammer or not, falls under the blacklisting forum rule, which is, in a negative way bringing attention to users. We do not allow this as it encourages flaming, trolling, and the like, and many times will bring it to this individuals' name.
