Login Problems

Hello Everyone,
I just joined today cause I never really knew about this game when i try to login i get a error saying that its closed for maitence or that i never got a e-mail to play it.

So I was wondering if this game open or if it has been closed to open it to everyone?? It let me download it and everything it just won't let me go into the game so wondering if its just me or if everyone is getting it
