A NPC that sells scrolls for skills and production.
In Elderin on grid* F8.
Was wondering if anyone had any information on this npc, it has differnet skills from different classes but they not purchasable.
*Is there a trick to this or does it not work in closed beta? Will it ever work in closed beta?
