Where are the winners???

I know it takes time to review the videos and such but the submissions ended a week ago and i was hoping that i would see who won when maintenence came back up. (since the tpain page said "Winners will be announced sept.30th")
Anything im missing? (directed towards a GM, but post your opinions on the subject)
