Is this quest bugged?
Not able to contiune on with getting it started stuck on my part of the talk bit of it not next button

By being in a Closed Beta it is more or less expected from a person to atleast know when/what a quest is. And especially where to put it.
But yeah. The quest is bugged, it has been notified in the correct forum and yes, it's not the only one.
Closed Beta's are mostly about finding out pretty big bugs like this and also testing gradually finding out how many users a server can handle. It's up to the once that are invited to the Closed Beta to relay the bugs they have discovered (if they hadn't been relayed yet, double bug report isn't all that useful).
If anything goes wrong, especially if you've tried it more than once, it is most likely a bug.
