OMG i cant believe this i try to get on my character but everytime i log in it shuts off on me.....i tried this on my other character in the same server and i can get in but my main character cant get in SOMEONE ANYONE PLZ HELP

mi proble is simple when i startthe installation it's say i need directx 9.0 but i allready have you can say me wath i can do?
