I can't seems to log on to fiesta, i get onto the outspark launcher do my email and password to login, i click log in, it then does some little xtrap thing in the bottom right corner of my monitor, then 2 little windows open up that show this an upside down question mark and exclamation point, and and ok button i click ok fiesta pops up for half a second then disappears and i'm back to where i started opening fiesta window icon to start the outsparklauncher. I've restarted my comp 2x already getting irritated. should i uninstall then reinstall?

Are your graphics drivers and DirectX up to date?
Do you live in Europe or the Philippines? If this is the case, you can't play OutSpark's Fiesta. There's a version for those regions.

I live in Europe and i can play o.O I do remember the big clean up tough :/

You can only play because you joined before the IP banned took affect. This IP block only effect newly registered players. Those who joined after it took effect are unable to play but have the opportunity to play the Fiesta version in their area.

It wasn't a "clean up"; it was a legal agreement between the differing companies that have the rights to host Fiesta.
