Enhancing Issues.

Recently, I bought about three enhancing bundles to get my BKR CrossBow to plus nine.
problem came when, USING CASH STONES item got broken at +8, I'm asking to please, look into the issue, since ticket seems to be ignored.
I think I'm on my right to ask for my item back. it's a rare drop and so hard to get. As a sc user and SC is NOT FREE. I pay for it so i claim for my rights to an accurate and concret answer.
Also, I have friends that have had this same problem(BKR getting broke at +8 using sparkcash stones). So if OS staff comes here saying there's no bug at all then then it smells really like a negligence issue here huh? (:

did you used the right stones? i heard you also have stones that give 50% rate... X_X
so maybe thats why it broke

if it 100%, with all the right stones... this couldnt happen

used stones from enhancement bundles ): 100% breakage decrease 'granted' ._. and i have another nudle in my backpack yet x.x;!

I had the same problem with a Pole Axe for my level 50 fighter about a month back. For level 50 the stats were godly and the base damage was higher than usual. It got to +7 and when I tried enhancing again it broke, but it was weird to me because I was using the enhancement bundle (Perfect Blue Mile, Perfect Red Eye, & Gold Nine). I figured that the GM's wouldn't care much or believe me if I brought it up; they'd probably think I was just trying to ask for a new +X weapon.
I ended up making a new +8 weapon and just stuck without, but I did lose about 9K SC (cause I suck at enhancing.) and I wasn't very content with that. I guess the 100% guarantee isn't exactly 100%? I'm not sure, but I'm not happy considering I'm a new frequent Spark Cash Buyer; meaning I just recently started wasting money on sparkcash.

It's like buying a 30 Day suit and only having it last for 25 days - we didn't get what we paid for :s

Best chance to have this issue clarified is to send a ticket to any CSR. They can check in the game logs and investigate what really happened.

I didnt have anything break...what happened to me, was i wasted 9 blue mile, 10 red eye, and 10 gold 9 on absolutly NOTHING! EVEY SINGLE ENHANCEMENT FAILED after +1...something smells extremely fishy here with the way "Enhancments" are going now. Like there have been millions of fails here lately. EVEN ON Teir 1 Items....you can commonly +7 a level 1 weapon without it breaking...30% of the time.

Here recently, i can barily get a +4 out of a weapon. Not using any "SC Items"
I think something "Happened" since the most recent patch update...people are getting broken weapons now? USING PERFECT eyes and miles?

dam, then i won't buy eyes anymore to enchance my lv50 blue weapons .--. they worth 1 gem each lol nvm, ima just keep em at +6
