i will have some guild'es who lost some great things due to server lag to npc on accident send in tickets them

I heard they give them back sometimes if u contact a CSR =/ they can chek if its true

if they give one back they need to give all back, so next time i talk to me friend im going to send him to send in ticket with that other thread as refrence to the gm's saying to the guy to sumbmit tickets

they gave him that once a item is sold to npc we can not restore it

so in that case i dont think anyone should get them back, because of lag this happens and they should make exception to it

Probely they said that becouse there is a chance that they will give it back i guess O_o' ....

Maybe because being told to submit a ticket when you have an issue is ALWAYS what you are told to do?

And imagine... If you NPC it and money moves around a bit... Things could get quite messy trying to retrieve that item again.
