Help???

I know something is really wrong!!! I have 2 char that i play and I am able to play with one of them but the other one it frezes I've tryed restarting my computer and everything. Someone anyone can you help me?

I have no idea from your description...so I need some questions answered...are these characters on different servers? When do these freezes take place exactly...(for example, as soon as you log in...several minutes into the game...several seconds..and do you notice any distinct actions happening at the time that seem to trigger the freeze) And lastly are you able to log back in and have it freeze again or is your whole computer freezing and not just the game.
