Can Someone HELP Me??

I know something is really wrong!!! I have 2 char that i play and I am able to play with one of them but the other one it frezes I've tryed restarting my computer and everything. Someone anyone can you help me?

Hmm.Well i can't really help but did you try reporting it?Like at the main menu i think it says "report bugs",btu i can't really help you sorry.Oh and a thread like this should go in the bug reporting forum or troubleshooting.

If you need help discontinue posting in this thread start one in bug reporting and answer the questions I gave you in the last thread...Without them it's pretty impossible to tell what the problem is.
P.S. I have the other thread subscribed so answer me there when you have made a thread in the bug reporting section and I will try to help some more over there. If a forum mod sees this thread it would be nice if you could move the above linked thread to the bugs section to save this kid some time:p

sorry i did do one other one but to your questions no.... i can play my other char but not my main. it has to be a guild thing. because i found someone thats in my guild and is having the same problems. its just my main char that for some reason i can't play. :(

well if you look in the troubleshooting section of the forums you can find out that a lot of people are having the same problem...so keep browsing that section and the announcements or try uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that helps..although only if your desperate because the download takes forever.
