guild trouble

^__^" long story short....i was just wondering if any one could give me good guild tips O.O i have a guild i am master of on teva and im a pretty dedicated master to all in it i even quested non stop to make 60 to help them with those long repetes ^__^ buuut for some reason O.O all the people recruited go inactive with in the first few days could be do to alts maybe there mains on other servers which ever the reason ppl i add just stay in guild but dont log on after the first few days any ideas on how to change this?

You can't really influence how others play. Just boot some who've been inactive the longest and recruit others if you're at the 100 member mark.

If members are on alts, ask them to put the alt in the guild academy.
