Aww, ouch. =/ Yeah this is the North American version, the European version is run by Gamigo.

Ouch, I'm sorry to hear that it wasn't clear on the site here. I'll be sure to mention it to staff and see that something is put up to help clarify.
If you go to the Fiesta main site, www.fiestaonline.net, you can find the version for your geographical region.
Sorry for the confusion.

you can still make an account with outspark where ever you are in the world because of their other games... only fiesta cant be played because gamigo bought the rights to it. if yomokita wanted to he/she could still play the other games outspark has made available.
