technical problem, small one thou

my monster/player bar. the one that we see the name and hp and all that is being shifted up so i cant really see the monster/player's name anymore. its a small issue but would love to have some assistance if possible, thanks (:

find a spot hovering over the targeting window that your cursor turns into a hand... click and drag it to where you want.

helps to be in your house so you don't click on anything while your trying to move it.
