Last time, I got my e-mail a good day or two after a lot of other people did... so just be patient and keep an eye out. My main account got this e-mail even though it doesn't the the promo e-mails.

At least you can use the email you signed up with DDD= I had a big fight and cut myself off from some one, so I blocked the email address so I wouldn't go on- so I can't even see my emails...and I have yet to see a way to like, change your email. DDDD=

Strange as it can be, the email adress I used to create my account doesn't work. Each time I open it, it says I am disconnected from Internet or too much people using it.
I also created a new account yesterday and I can't log in >.>

I tried to change password but it doesn't let me >.>

I hope I can do something for these problems...

I'm looking into this right now. Users who edit their preferences and choose to receive our regular emails should get them unless we had a problem with your email address in the past.

To make sure we are not sending unwanted emails, our tools automatically remove you from our sender list if we ever had a problem sending messages to you (maybe your mailbox was full or we got added to the spam folder by mistake). Occasionally we have users saying "send messages to me!" but their address is on our do-not-send list. It's not an easy fix but we're working on it.

The promotional messages this thread refers to were sent out to specific groups of users who met certain criteria I can't discuss here. We're always working on cool new promos, so keep enjoying the games! ;)

Check the bolded. Probably why some people, Like me, didnt get the Sc.
