Are copper lumps legal to sell? there in the game for some reason but I don't know why other than a type of currency. Also How do I get to vine tomb? Im level 34 and need to get some sign of trace and I heard that hobs will give you some but I don't know How to get there. It looks like it's connected to moonlight tomb but it's not.

COPPER (silver/gold) LUMPS. Everyone who vends these is sellign them too high and looking to scam someone who think they serve a purpose. They are the closest this game has to monsters dropping money and have no worth other than to npc for 100c (1s for silver, 10s for gold)
VINE TOMB You can get to vine tomb via Moonlight Tomb > Dark passage II > Vine tomb.
But the shortcut (which might kill you) is Colapsed Prison > Goblin Camp > Vine tomb.
