I have no idea if this belongs here...
Sometime last week I helped my friend get a phino pet from the Fiesta Store (I bought it with my money, of course). The phino shows up under the "purchases" section of the store, but when he goes back to the game there is no phino in the backpack.
How do we report this, since it's my friend's Fiesta account but my moolah?
