I keep getting the message cannot connect to server. What is the problem?

I keep getting the message cannot connect to server. When i try to login and play it aways says ''Connection Failed'' but yestaday 11/9/2007 i can play,and today 11/10/2007 i cannot play. The time is about 11.30am to 1pm (singapore time) i was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO angey:mad: that i cannot do ANYTHINK about it .. please help me GM's
