He is still pretty far from having the highest HP across all servers. Highest HP in U.S Fiesta (Non GM) belongs to iGhost on Epith with 15068 HP at Lv 104.

I remember awhile ago when even hitting 10k HP was a huge accomplishment and only very few people had the equipment to do it. Now its a walk in the park.

Mighty pots increase hp slightly, But I don't know about any IG potions.

Either way, I've not seen anyone hit that much hp in Apoline. :)

Edit; Also, To my knowledge the love buffs are always last in the list of buffs so that could be all he had.

I also saw it lol... it failed so hard because about 99% of the 3 pvp ownage vids wa aabout a 10x fighter killing 7x and under
