It's not too bad, the characters look a little bit blocky :x. Did you try saving the picture in png format? D: That's my only complaint really, I like the colors you choosed. Oh also maybe it could be a tiny bit smaller :P!

Thanks for feedback. When I cropped it I used paint.net so it was diffucult. Also the backround made it hard to tell the cut off lines. Thanks I might redo it

I only have the standard basic paint. I know what it's like :-)
Recently though I got a free trial for Corel and before that Adobe digital paint programs so I could make all the siggies I wanted within 30 days lol. Maybe you could try that?

Keep in mind that all signatures here cannot be any larger than 600x500px, otherwise they will be subject to removal.
And I agree about the blue outline on the characters, it doesn't seem to fit well. If you could smooth it out or maybe have it fade into a lighter blue, it might work better. I'd suggest going over it with a brush set at a lower opacity to smooth it abit, and then go over it at the outer edges with a lighter shade at a lower opacity as well.
Other than those things, I think it's fine.

I just have one thing to say about this. paint.NET is no horribly limited. I use that program; it is quite possible to get a nice clean render from a screenshot with paint.NET, I simply suggest more practice if you're not satisfied with it.
But, onto the signature itself.
The colors are quite nice, they mostly work.
I do agree with the character outline, It does look a bit choppy; did you use the outline object tool or something different? I think it's found in a plugin. If you have no plugins, PM me and I'll send you the link to the forums as well as a few recommendations.
It seems a bit empty as well.. perhaps add a pretty screenshot as a background, or make it transparent. (save as a .png)
Practice a bit with rendering, you'll get better. if you want some tips from me, please feel free to PM me, and I'll let you know what works for me.
If you have any questions about how to do some things on paint.NET, feel free to ask. I'm not an expert, but I think I know what I'm doing.
