Cannot connect to the server

Hello I just joined fiesta today but after i downloaded and everything the computer wouldn't let me connect i meet all the requirements and everything and have everything downloaded, even the direct x thing. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with it?

By the way this is the message i get everytime i try to login.

"Connection to servers has failed."

I can't get in either, apparently the servers are down for me.
