Connection to servers has failed

Firewall: none
Error Message: Connection to servers has failed
Brief Description of crash or disconnect: When I opened launcher it appeared game was doing a patch but suddenly stopped, closed existing launcher and reopened as if it was complete, but it was a very quick patch if at all. Ever since I only get the "Connection to servers has failed" message. I tried uninstalling and downloading again and no help.

What do I try next?

Most likely this is a server side problem and not client side since the game still recognizes your ID and password... unless the patch reconfigured some connection information.

Therefore reinstalling the game won't accomplish much I think.

Just wait patiently until the devs come up with a solution, as everyone is experiencing similar problems.:)

I have the same problem. Just exactly but i have not reinstall it yet. I just uninstall and still in progress of downloading.
