production scrolls

This may sound dumb, but I'm not sure how to get started producing things in Alchemy. Apparantley I need to buy production scrolls, but I can't find a seller. Can anyone enlighten me? Thanks./sites/all/modules/tinymce/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/images/smiley-laughing.gif

Well..I've found the Alchemy scrolls now, but I can't figure out which ones to get. I've picked Potion making and Scroll making. The ones for potions looks pretty obvious, but I can't determine which one is for the scroll making skill. Ty.
