i upload mine to image shack and copy the url (for forums) and paste it on my signature.

there's a menu bar, along it you'll see buttons, click the one that says quick links, then scroll down till you see edit signature. when you manage that, hey presto! you'll be taken to the page to edit your siggy. Just paste in the url (or image code) and you should be good to go.
