The requirements are simple:
Just make a new character named after a Pokémon of your choosing.
It doesn't matter if you like Pokémon or not, (I sure don't, not anymore anyway).
When you've made the character, feel free to whisper, Ditto to join.
Others you can whisper to join are:
Snorlax
_Mew_
Misdreavus
Yes, the guild is a non warring guild for now.
