When i try to launch the game, the launcher is going to patch and such... but its patching for already 3 hours now.. thats not normal isnt it? can someone help me?

when i open the launcher,,,,,,it says unable to connect to patch server: <urlopen error (10104,`getaddrinfo failed )>,,,,then when i closed it and error occured see the logfile`C/Programfiles/Launcher/Outspark.exelog' for details...........................:(:( pls h3lp me

I believe this was posted on another thread, with a solution. Take out your fiesta patch zip, and then re-install the client again. Not 100% sure if thats what they said, but it's worth a shot. ^^
