I'll quote myself from another topic:
When you got that specific message, it means that you just met the IP block. You see most European countries (and the Phillipines) are IP blocked since march because similar to Outspark, Gamigo bought the rights of Fiesta too and hosts the European version now. So unfortunately you won't be able to play Outspark's Fiesta. :S If you are from the Phillipines, I have no idea how and where you can play. If you are from Germany or the UK (or another European country, though not all of them are affected by the block, but if you got the message, yours is unfortunately), then look for Gamigo's version of Fiesta.
