I had a similar problem, but i'm not entirely sure if it was the same problem. I would suggest re-installing the software and see if that doesn't clear up the problem.

SagiteraNicander

I've started a new thread regarding this problem on the page below.

If you haven't tried to already, i would suggest looking for an update for your Graphics Card. If that doesn't work or you can't find a newer one refer to this post and hopefully we'll have an answer soon.

@TO and others with the "OskRest" missing module error - fastest way to handle it (since the complaint has popped up before with no answer from anyone) is to uninstall, then reinstall. It seems to have something to do with the patcher, because mine tried to open Fiesta, which I have not yet installed.

I'm getting the same problem. Very discouraging. After reading that some have tried reinstalling and it didn't work, I'm not sure I want to try.

This is a serious problem. I can't understand how anybody is getting on after a new install.

It sounds like its a file curruption problem.

I have an idea that might fix this particular error, I just need to know your computer specs, for example, what graphics card you run, what version of windows you run, if its windows at all, and how much ram or memory you have on your computer.

Once I have all of that info, I'll do my best to determin what the problem is, by creating the same error you all have gotten, and then attempt to fix it on my own computer. Once I figure it out, I'll reply back with solutions to fix it for each type of computer specs.

The files for this game are not much different than Ragnarok Online, and I know Ragnarok Online files all too well.

If there is any other additional information you think I should know, to help me fix this problem, please by all means, tell me them, and I'll be sure to fix the problem the best I can.

We are aware of the issue, and are currently working on a fix for this issue.

I have a work around that i used at home....

If the patch is not successful, keep trying until it work. It took me 5-8 times at home before it finally worked. The patch is timing out when contacting our server. This work around is a force install work around. It may or may not work. This work around is also not 100% gurantteed to work, but you may want to try it.

Thank you,

I reinstalled from the installer I have saved on my desktop. Now the login page appears and dissapears as all the updates are downloaded.

Then it dissapears wihout reappearing and a popup states, "NSIS Error, Error launching installer".

Any ideas?

I tried traditional as well.

Same error as reported many times over. I thought this game looked familiar, friend of mine claims the sprites are ripped direclty from RO - I don't care where they're from. I just want to play this game. As of now i've had little luck of getting past the error.log.exe message. Any help would be appreciated.
