Missing creativity OS? (Event)

(Not trying to mean or something, just telling my opinion)

Well, I just went to see what the event quests were like. I read that it would only be the Pumpkin Head (30 days) but what do I see? The permanent Cat Mask is back! I don't understand, why did you do that?

Many people asked for the crown. It didn't came back. But this year you just change the Pumkin head and put back a Permanent Item which already appeared in game before?! I think it's a bit unfair for many of us. I missed the Crown Event Quest by one day, I would be happy to get it back once more!

You could have chosen many other ideas like collecting Bones and exchanging them for a Bone Bag [Quest Item] which could give you a Permanent Bone Sack. It could have been about collecting a Bone Heads and maybe and as a reward get a Skeleton Head.

I am just surprised OS re-released a Permanent Item, but they didn't with another one which many people asked for.

oh no no no I wasn't say I think kittys are more important. I'm saying that's the message being sent. That kitties are more special than crowns so crowns aren't coming back but cats with freaky purple eyes are. lol.

Edit: Basically making crowns the one special permanent thing.

I think the difference between the crown and the cat mask is that OS actally announced (or so I heard) that they were never going to re-release the crown again. BUT, I could be wrong....as phreakshot stated, they might be just bringing it back for the new servers...and that might mean they'll bring back other perms (such as crowns) for the others servers as well in the future. Idk =p

Aww, they re-released the kitty head? I'd been savin the kitty head quest since last year in hopes of collecting 5 pudding things to get it. When I heard they were giving out puddings as an item I had hopes of using the quest to get the head, but if they're re-releasing it I suppose I'll get one anyways.

I understand this quest might be good for new servers. I don't mind trying to do it on Legel but why do it on older servers?

Because I didn't have anything perm except the CoA. so they are giving me the chance to get one.

I don't remember who had the awesome idea earlier, but whoever it was said that OS should let the people with the old cat head trade it in for a better perm item (we'll call it Item A). Then the next year, the people with Item A could trade it in for the better Item B, and people with the cat head from the previous year could trade it in for Item A. So, the older players who did the quests originally will still have something better than the people who did not do the events in the past. This also prevents the older players from having too many premium items from past event quests.

Right, so we should all be eligible for the Closed Beta Tester title if we joined JUST after open beta started. I mean, it's not fair that they have that title just because they were around longer.

I don't think that's the right way to do it; the older players deserve to have those special items BECAUSE we were around longer. I consider those perma items a gift from OS saying "Here, thank you for being here when not a lot of other people were. We'd like to give you something back."

Outspark and GM's promised that they will never be release again just like the coat of arms(i dont remember anything about the cat mask tho).The crown and coat of arms are rewards for special events and are only meant for those who participated in them.Its kinda like those exotic cars of which only a small number are produced.If they were promised to be exclusive then they should stay exclusive shouldn't they?

and by the way,i don't really think players can have too many permanent items since there were only a few quests which offer them and i believe there were only 2 such events which offer permanent items.If you don't want that item,just drop it(which of course will destroy it too)

and do you really believe outspark will give away permanent items at suck a large scale just like that after just getting out of red ink?i don't think so.especially when they sell those 20 day wings and backpacks.

i know i don't own any exclusive permanent items but if i did,id probably prefer is to stay exclusive.

so what if i didn't get the beta tester tile?i didn't participate in it anyway did i?I see at least one new game in beta test every month on x-fire but do i participate so that I'll get free/special stuff?No.I don't know if those games which were under beta test will turn out to be the best sellers or that i will regret it later but i didn't participate in the tests so i don't deserve those extra privileges.
to tell you the truth,i used to see world of war craft beta tests in my younger days(I'm still 16 tho)offering lifetime premium membership just for participating but i didn't and i regret it T.T
just because you joined fiesta a week after it was out of beta test doesn't mean you deserve that time

Event quest is the same, however we get tons of new items that we can PURCHASE through the cash shop.

This has been the trend for a long time now, I can't believe you aren't used to it already.

It's not Outspark really, it's OnsOnSoft thats the devs. Outspark is doing great in bringing us new content...yes its for the cash shop, but that's really the only thing they control fully. OnsOnSoft controls pretty much everything else.

We all can't look at thier development schedules and calendars, but I think it's safe to say it seems like they are moving at the pace of a turtle when it comes to bringing us new content, which sucks for Outspark because they have to take our crap and complaining about it.

I knew a month ago I wouldnt be doing this event quest. But I was quite surprised at all the new outfits and stuff. In my eye, that makes this years Halloween better than last years. I was expecting the Necro outfit and a few masks...lol

The only issue I have with Outspark at the moment is the fact that Halloween items are being released so late. I would have preferred to wear my Halloween outfit the entire month of October, rather than looking spooky well into November...it kind of degrates the value of the item. I might have gone full blown and bought outfit set, mask, etc...but now when items are being released literally two days before the holiday. Im sure Im not the only one who thinks this...and I think it will deter sales.

Just like in real life, you prepare your costume weeks in advance, your bound to spend more money, buy an accessory here, one there. Last minute shopping two days before, your buying something that is cheap and that fits.
